I have completed the AOS ,for some reason it won't let me change the home address which is different from my current one, I have an old MCOL account and I have logged on with the gateway and code from HMRC app.Any idea please, thank you. I have the confirmation for completing AOS online.

Write to the CNBC informing them of your current address.
Also inform the Claimant by addressing the one email to the two addressees, so that neither can claim not to know about it.

Managed to change it on the account home page by clicking edit registered details, but the AOS saved pdf's are still with the old one. Will they send any correspondence at this stage or I can proceed with the defence with the current home address l.

You can proceed with the defence and should state the correct address in the body of the email when you do email the defence off.

Merry Christmas all. Can you please point me in the right direction for filing the defence. Should I do it individually for both cases or just one that includes both? One is for overstaying and the other for parking on double yellow lines at a petrol station. Is there a similar reason defence thread as I can't find any. Thank you.
  • If both PCNs are covered by the one claim with one claim number, then it’s one case, one defence, differentiating the PCNs in the body of the defence and one email.

If it’s two separate claims with different claim numbers, it’s 2 cases, 2 defences and 2 emails

    As above.

That's where the Template Defence is linked.
