IT IS NOT. Do not reveal yourself as wobbling. DO NOT PHONE THEM.
You will pay nothing the end. And it's EASY.
Why do want to offer a scammer money?

Couple of years ago I was in the same position, two fines with the same debt recovery company and I have received a claim from Northampton County Court and I just paid them off as I was in the process of getting a mortgage and my credit score was affected. I might be in their system. My only concern is if I need a finance on a car as that's how I earn a living. Sorry if I'm not too accurate explaining, English is not my first language. I really appreciate your help and all the tips.

But please note...
this is not a recommendation, not even a suggestion, just one way of achieving your objective.
You also need to note that your credit score will not be affected if you fight any claim and lose. Your credit score only suffers if you fail to pay what the court demands and what the court demands will almost certainly be less than what the parking company are now seeking..1 -
You didn't need to pay those first court claims. Please don't do that again.
When you defend a claim your credit rating isn't affected. This is what we help people with every day. No-one here gets a CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why are you even considering capitulating on this when DCB Legal (the law firm with the greatest number of recorded discontinuations) is fronting the claim. Just follow forum advice and look forward to having your case not listed in the journal of county court judgments, but in glorious technicolour in the following thread. Please read it carefully and point out how your case differs from any of the (almost) 200 listed there.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No thanks, you aren't having my phone number.
Get lost back under your bulk litigation stone. I don't want your daft phone calls during the claim, pretending that your client 'might be willing to settle'. Why not cut out the middle dross, save yourselves a filing fee on this one and furnish me with a discontinuance sooner rather than later? Jog on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? £340 ??? including the DCBL FAKES ... WHAT RUBBISH
They only want your phone number to scam you even more
THAT'S A BIG NO NO
Expect a court claim, ... SO WHAT ? just let them play their games with another rubbish case .... and it get worse, one of their staff called Yasmin Mia will sign the claim as true ?? She believes the fakes are true ? The other joke is they claim the fake add-on is DAMAGES
THE COURTS KNOW THEY ARE FAKES.
So as they are wasting the courts time, you will have to do the same and follow the forum.
DCBL has been left with one short of 200 egg on their face discontinuations (as at 17/10/23) that we know of, how many more do they want ?

With a Claim Issue Date of 22nd November, you have until Monday 11th December to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Thursday 28th December 2023 to file your Defence. That's well over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1
