C1 confirmation - declaration

Hi, I completed declaration but having a wobble -I have put the words ".... conform to his Will signed and dated....." -  do you think this will bounce as I have the words "signed and" rather than just saying "dated"?

Commonly used in the declaration are:

................conform to will [or trust disposition and settlement] dated ................. which is produced herewith, signed and docquetted as relative hereto.

    OR
.................dated.....................herewith exhibited, docqueted and signed by me as relative hereto
  • Thank you - I will take out "signed and"  and go back to the Sheriff court to see if they will swap out the page.
