I ordered two items from sportscentredirect and paid via paypal in October.The items were in stock and should have been dispatched within 5 days.After a week of not receiving anything I contacted the company and they assured me order was on its way.Since then I have contacted them five times requesting a refund and each time they said they were dealing with it and the money would be refunded the next day. I am still waiting! ALL I CAN SAY IS DON,T USE THIS COMPANY.POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION AND MONEY LOST!

Did you fund your account by credit card? If so, make a complaint to your cc company, as they are jointly liable.

I'm pretty sure unless you agree otherwise they have to supply the goods or a refund within 30 days of the order under the distance selling regulations. Considering they're well past that now just do everything to claim the money back via credit card and failing that small claims court. I think paypal it's too late because they're rubbish at having a very small time window for their disputes and you never get anywhere with them (speaking from personal experience).
