Hi, filling in C1 for my late father on behalf of my mother. I put under heritable property - "Dwellinghouse [address] being subjects described in Land Register of Scotland under Title Number MID[ ] valued by [. ] at £[. ] - deceased's one half share is"
Will this be accepted or do I have to put my father and mother's names in description??

Owner names are not included in the description. Your example looks appropriate (for a jointly owned house with no survivorship clause)1

Hi Buddy thank you. Yes no survivorship clause and joint owners. The sleepless nights I've had with this form! To be fair the Commissary Office have been very good and had a quick check over but I'm so stressed I'm doubting myself. Your help on here is fantastic - fingers crossed I've managed it but it's a long 6 week wait. Thanks again0
