Confirmation C1 Inventory

Options
Hi, filling in C1 for my late father on behalf of my mother. I put under heritable property - "Dwellinghouse [address] being subjects described in Land Register of Scotland under Title Number MID[       ] valued by [.       ] at £[.     ] - deceased's one half share is"

Will this be accepted or do I have to put my father and mother's names in description??

Owner names are not included in the description. Your example looks appropriate (for a jointly owned house with no survivorship clause)
  • Hi Buddy thank you. Yes no survivorship clause and joint owners. The sleepless nights I've had with this form! To be fair the Commissary Office have been very good and had a quick check over but I'm so stressed I'm doubting myself. Your help on here is fantastic - fingers crossed I've managed it but it's a long 6 week wait. Thanks again
  • After a long stressful 8 week wait my application for Confirmation (C1) has been accepted 😀. Big thank you to Buddy for all the help and to others who posted helpful tips.
