Letter before action, then small claims court? If you feel it’s worth the hassle.

It's a big recruiting agency, i try to call them but the consultants from the agency changed the phone number, i can't contact them i send an email to hr , wich is in another city but they didn't reply in over 2 weeks.
They could retain my money because i didn't give them a notice?

Yes, if you didn't give them the notice that your contract required, you might owe them more than the holiday pay they owe you.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Do you know what, if you gave the full story in one go, people might be able to help a lot more effectively.
