Then I'd say you should perhaps have claimed holidays.
Have you been sent a P45 yet?Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

What do the agency's written particulars about your contract say about holidays? Is a holiday year mentioned? When did you begin your first work with them?
How are those 10 holidays calculated and by whom - you or the agency?0 -
Check your contract - you need to see what your'e entitled to. It could depend on a number of things i.e how long did you work there? how much holiday did you accrue in you time? Read your contract and if it doesn't add up, you will have a case.0

Yeah, most agencies love to hide little details like this from their employees. Law regarding holiday days and how you're technically allowed to request money for it. All kinds of little things.Another fun thing about agencies is that they're not allowed to make you work more than 12 hours I think in a 24 hour period. I don't even think most agencies know about that one haha.Yeah, they're going to try to hang onto that money, landlords also try to hang onto your deposit if they can, sometimes.
I don't think agencies require notice bud, lol.tacpot12 said:
Yes, if you didn't give them the notice that your contract required, you might owe them more than the holiday pay they owe you.0
