CCJ parking what do I do

What do I do? The client is parkingeye - i was over zealous with the redacting. This is for my partner who has been serious ill for a year and in hospital for the last 4 months with cognitive decline. Just had this letter and haven't had the previous claim through the door. My partner hasnt seen any letters since hes been unwell. He mentioned many years ago getting a ticket when he took his disabled mum out and she has mobility issues so it was likely that they took too long and were unfairly billed. I could ask his mum if she remembers and find out what happened, but that will take time since she doesn't have a phone.
Maybe I should just pay it but its unfair on many levels. I will try to find any previous letters but everything is in chaos at the moment.

There's a lot of stages before you get to a CCJ so it sounds like there might have been lots of letters missed. Some advice online is to ignore parking charges but example like this show why you shouldn't do that. CCJ is already applied so looks like you need to clear if you want a decent credit history.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

A ROBOCLAIM. Possibly sent to an old address and certainly able to be set aside.
It's different than other traders - what they do is widely considered a scam, including by the Government - and it can be unpicked by a court pretty much every time.
Do not just pay it yet...
Find out from the CCBC in Northampton:
- which address the Claim form went to, and
- what the Particulars of Claim said.
The Defendant very probably (I'm guessing) qualifies for help with fees.
If so, an application to set it aside will possibly be fee-free and no risk.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
