    That is just three UK based scam operations.. In other news, Indian police have raided & shut down a few of the call centres in their country. Not as quick as the rest of the world would like...

    2 of those links give me 404 errors the other is a nuisance call centre  , cold calling , not illegal in the sense of having no legitimate business , ( not pretending to be another company with the sole intention of gathering personal information to as to access that persons bank account etc,)

    Considering the relative impunity with these scammers can operate in some  places , and the level of sophistication they employ ( indicating they are not morons  ) why set up in a country with a functioning police service ?, there may be some that try ,
    I dare say any that do actually have no business other than explicitly defrauding people , rather than staying just inside the boundary that separates legal ( but immoral ) from illegal, may set up in the UK , but perhaps you and I have a differing take on scamming , selling something that you may not need , is ( IMHO ) not the same as accessing someone else’s bank account
