Hi everyone,

Thank you for the good wishes, I'm fine. It was done under local Taff so I wasn't asleep. Before I had it done I had a gait analysis and my left leg is shorter than my right which might explain some of my problems. They are making me some orthotics to go in my shoes.

I've got to keep off my feet for a few days so I'm appreciating the rest.

Poor Rob, Ruby. I do feel for him.

The buses round here are terrible and nearly went non-existent last year but I might get a pass when I qualify next year for when we are away . We have a good train service though.

Morning everyone I’ve just got in from a cleaning job having a cuppa and a sit down before I go to work we have brought the television down from upstairs peace has reigned a little bit and we are going to have a look at the weekend for a new one honestly yesterday was worse than a death in the family then I took the lid off the shepherds pie I had out to defrost when I came in from work the one I had done all the veg for ready to put the cheese on and it was a apple crumble so we had sausages somedays I feel like I haven’t got time to think anyway it’s meatballs tonight and they are definitely meatballs all sorted so I just have them to heat up when I get in with some pasta . Our friends have just moved out to Cyprus and sent us some photos last night while I was sat under my fleecy blanket they sent pictures of lovely blue skies and them in the pool and I had to say how wonderful it looked grrrr but I meant it and I’m invited over whenever I want try and stop me Topsy I hope your ads op goes alright I will be thinking of you and keeping everything crossed happy new carpet NMLC. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

Not posted for a while - Mr F is having a Colonoscopy tomorrow so can't eat + I have a cold so not fancying food.
Can't remember who it was who went to Ally Pally but very impressed with your restrained spending.
