Sounds like a lost cause then.

Didn't you say earlier that there was a full charge showing on the Land Registry entry though?

Yes I think that they are named on land registry, I just don't like the threats they're making again

I'm getting voicemails now from Moorcroft, never heard of them, they say they want to discuss my debt with them, I've nothing with them.

Ignore them. Block the number if you can

Moorcroft are just a 3rd party collection company, think like PayPal, all they do is process your payment.

They are just agents who hand deliver letters. No need to engage with them. They are not bailiffs.

I've just rang Idem, Rachel on end of phone said I had failed security checks and put phone down, I informed them 3 years ago of surname change yet they still send everything out in my previous surname, they've not had a penny from me for almost 7 years now, this does not show anywhere on my credit file, they ring me occasionally and announce themselves as Paragon or Moorgate, I'm at my wits end now and my health is not good at moment, I must have spoken to at least 10 different agents and when I ask if one person could deal with me the answer I get is that is not how it works !!!

No point speaking to any of them. Just ignore.
