Santander profile details

Maybe I'm just overlooking it, but I can't find my own address when looking under the obvious places on my web online account, can only find a change address which does not have the 'current' address noted. As I've had a lot of problems with Santander every time I open an additional account, which all stems apparently from my address (it's a joint account) vs the other holders address - both the same but often written differently I just want to check to make sure the updated address organised with them by phone yesterday is actually registered properly now on my account, and other holder so they are identical. The only way I can see it is on statements, not much use in this case. Is it there somewhere?
Thanks.

Grouchy, I have the same issue with Santander. Any time I open a new product, they create a new profile for me and it is a pain trying to speak to anyone who is capable of merging the profiles. I see no option either to view the address online, but you can check it via the app if you have it. Select 'More', then 'My Details and Settings', then 'Review contact details using chat'. When chat opens, just type the words 'My Address' and it will show you the address held for you.Grouchy said:Maybe I'm just overlooking it, but I can't find my own address when looking under the obvious places on my web online account, can only find a change address which does not have the 'current' address noted. dc scotland, sounds like we have the same issue and calling CS to get it fixed, even when they can see the problem, they don't have the authority to fix it, so I'm told blah blah. I'm told 'it's a Scottish address issue', unresolved for years apparently. Every time this has happened to me, it has to go to complaints before they will action. Absolute waste of time and energy. You'd think an international banking corporation ...I don't have the app, but your suggestion prompted me to think of the web chatbot thing, Sandi? which I'd not thought of before and I tried that and yes it worked and revealed the current address. So thanks for that. Result.p.s. it may just be me but Santander web access is very flakey at the mo.0
