EPCs for council property

Forgot to say that before so your neighbours may also fall into that bracket.
But if you are worried then call your council and ask what their asset management policy and weather you can have an EPC done if you feel you need oneI've had window, insulation & heating upgrades in the last maybe 15 years. It only concerns me because of things that have happened with them in the past, I had to go to my local mp to resolve a huge issue with them & ever since then there's always something so for everyone to have this but not my property it just increases my anxiety around them. I was just concerned about if this was something I was supposed to sort.0 -
Your neighbour's tenancies may have changed, hence an EPC would be required. If you want one, just commission it yourself, usually done within a couple of days. Typically £60-70.No free lunch, and no free laptop

The council put in cavity wall insulation a year before I bought my property, They had done a few things like a new kitchen and wiring plus the bathroom as well just months before I bought it. I think they gave my property a EPC rating of C but cannot be sure when I applied to buy the flat.Someone please tell me what money is0
