Euro Car park Lie

Hi,
I popped into Lidl for not more than 10 minutes, only to come out and find a fine on my windscreen. When I asked the attendant, he said I had been there for over 5 hours which is not true. He claimed that his hand held device never makes a mistake and if it says I had been there then there is nothing I can do about it. He wont cancel it. Manager of the store wont help either.
They Don't have ANPR at this store.
I appealed to Euro Car Parks and they accepted to cancel.
However, I am proper annoyed that they claimed they only cancelled it as a good will gesture and NOT because the contravention never happened. and they said if this happens again, they will not allow it. They also claim that that store has ANPR which records footage etc, which I have never seen. If that was the case, then why have a Parking attendant.
When annoyed me the most is that when I arrived, I got out of the car and had a chat with the attendant about the electric bays and he explained that any car can park in the slow charge bays but not the fast charge bays. needless to say I didn't listen to him and park in a normal bay. so he knew I had just arrived but still gave me a ticked which he refused to cancel.
Can I get back to Euro Car parks and tell them that I don't no gesture of good will but that I didn't park for more than 10 minutes. and Can I request these non imaginary ANPR footage. or am I just wasting my time?
Thanks in advance.

Leave it and move on.Nothing to be gained.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid3

If they cancelled, you are best to take that and save your energies for something more productive. These scammers are not worth the extra effort you would be wasting. Move on and get on with your life.1

I disagree. This is serious.
Email their DPO a SAR asking for all raw data (unaltered) images of your car that day and the full PCN history record, including notes made by the on-site ticketer and all notes made in the back office.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's not what was asked.
Did you appeal against the windscreen PCN? What do you mean you didn't put your name - why on earth not?
Did you then get sent a NTK?
