It is not a cookie problem. As far as I can see the only reason you can get that message is if an entry is already stored on TopCashback's server!

Thanks for your help One-Eye, I'm still getting the same, even going through the main page and clicking on "Explore the island of Ireland", and I've not entered it before either. Think I'll have to wait a while and try later in the month.

I'm getting exactly the same and know I haven't entered. They ran a comp using the same url in June so I'm wondering if details haven't been cleared from that comp. I've opened a ticket on their website to ask for help and will update when I get a reply.

@CraSiEla I have had a reply back "We did have a slight error with this, so you should be able to enter now." I was told to clear cookies but it worked without me having to do that
