Easy to get in, handing over my mobile, broadband and electricity (no gas). Now I'm wondering how to get out. They put my mobile on EE which, in my area, doesn't do well with mobile data and calls always slipping into wireless. Tesco, with whom I had my previous contract, used O2, which works brilliantly here. I've got a landline, which I don't need now and broadband with BT for £36 a month. I like BT's broadband, never had any issues. I just want to save money, but am terrified of having to convert them all. Not as easy as just switching electricity providers.
So many fast cheap broadband offers, and I want to have the opportunity to update my phone without having to buy one somewhere. It all feels overwhelming.
Any ideas as to how to make a smooth transition? I'm older and finding all this stuff very daunting.

I'd change one at a time - so tackle the one that causes you the most issues first. The energy side of thigs should be a fairly fast switch these days.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
