    Wow that's just great!

    You need to show the court that evidence, saying that the costs in the case have been paid in full and they should vacate the August costs hearing.
    Only after the cheque has cleared.

    You need to show the court that evidence, saying that the costs in the case have been paid in full and they should vacate the August costs hearing.
    Yeah, I'll send a letter to the court in a week or so once the funds have properly cleared :)
    Unlike them I'll send them a copy too.
