I recently (feb 2023) made the mistake of parking at Walsall Waterfront and paid by phone.
I’ve got â screenshot of the summary call (number called, duration of call) but I’m being chased for non-payment.
As far as I am aware, the call (automated) was successful but the company is saying no payment was made.
I’ve appealed but apparently been turned down, although I had nothing from anyone to that effect (only discoverd this during a long circular discussion with collection agents …)
Now being threatened with court.
Any suggestion?
