Zara won’t refund me items missing in transit

I had a delivery from Zara the parcel was unsealed and you can lift the lid of the box with ease. When it was delivered to my horror there were missing items from my order. I have chased Zara for two weeks and they are rejecting the claim due to the weight of the items and have failed to acknowledge they have not sealed the box. What are my rights please help
