My Tv licence ran out July 2023. i Cancelled my Virgin subscription in September 2023 and have just found it might be possible to get a refund, i had let my licence just run until it expired not intending to renew it. i haven't watched live tv for years, part of the reason for cancelling the virgin service. I can not find the form to fill out on the licensing web site, is it still possible to claim a refund? the online form seems to say not..
