Help with 2 separate electricity supplies into the same property/address

Hello, I’m really hoping someone in the energy community can help as I am in a bit of a pickle with this!
We bought an old condemned bungalow (the property was called “The Bungalow” and we knocked it down to build a new house.)
We have retained the single phase electric supply for the builders to use.
In the meantime, we have had a new and separate 3 phase supply installed, as it is needed for the ground source heat pump.
This was installed by SSEN a few weeks go.
We changed the name of the house to “(Removed by Forum Team)” with the Royal Mail as it is no longer a bungalow. The single phase supply seems to have picked up that address change automatically, so that MPAN is now listed under the “(Removed by Forum Team)” address on ECOES.
However, the new 3 phase supply has been installed with a new MPAN number under the address: “The Bungalow (New)” Probably because it took nearly a year for SSEN to install the new supply, at which point the property was still called The Bungalow.
Upon asking for a meter to be installed so that we can use the new 3 phase supply, we’ve been told they can't install as it doesn’t match the post office database of addresses.
We have also been told there can’t be two supplies with the same name on the ECOES database. Please help - surely we can’t be the only people with two supplies at the same address?
Would ECOES accept it if we had “(Removed by Forum Team)” and “(Removed by Forum Team) annexe” for example?
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

I think you have to make sure that your local authority has the correct details and this will then trickle down to all other organisations.0

Thanks @Gerry1- the local authority definitely has all the correct details. EDF are refusing to come and install a meter until the ECOES record matches the local authority/post office address. However when e tried to change the ECOES record via our energy supplier they said that because there is already a supply against the new house name (the single phase) we can't have two supplies against the same address. It's that issue I'm trying to solve really - how can we get two supplies to the same address if ECOES doesn't let you do that?0

Can you get the single phase supply renamed to Temporary Supply, The Bungalow (I'm assuming it will be removed when construction is finished) and call the 3-phase one by the new name?1

Hi, perhaps you could call your DNO and explain the problem to them? If you're lucky it will be National Grid (formerly Western Power Distribution) and my experience of dealing with them is that their customer service was superb. You can get the name of your DNO from your bill.3
