Wickes - Bathroom

Hi,
Wondering if someone can help me.
We had a en suite fitted by Wickes earlier this year (June). They completely ripped out the old one, and re-installed from "scratch". The fitter explained this was his first solo job as he was new to wickes and had been a plumber/tiler before hand.
Bathroom visually looks lovely. However, a few weeks later we noticed there were watermarks on the ceiling in the room below this en suite. Wickes instructed me to call the fitter back out (which I did) and he came around 1 week or so later. Fitter thought he found the leak, few days later it was still leaking so we called him again and he came back. The fitter then said that he had realised that he hadn't sealed the door and that's where the leak was from and off he went.
I spoke to Wickes and they gave me £250 towards redecorating the ceiling below. We haven't gotten round to decorating just yet however, last week - I noticed the shower is still leaking!
SIDE NOTE - On Monday we had our boiler serviced so i asked the gentleman who services the boiler what he thought about the bathroom, he has had a look and said that the sealant is peeling away, that he doesnt think its waterproof sealant as there are small mould spots (despite me using a squeezie ever time) and that he said wickes need to come back out
I spoke to the original fitter and he said the mould is because of condensation in the bathroom (No mould anywhere else?! just on the sealant - I would have expected to see some elsewhere in the bathroom?) He also tried to tell me that the sealant is peeling because we used it before it was dry (We didnt - we was actually away when he "fixed" it last time so it had 4 days drying time)
I have called Wickes again and explained there's the leak, and what the boilerman had said and what the fitter has said and wickes have said that i need to have the same fitter out as thats who the guarantee is with.
Considering this will now be the third time this fitter has been out, and given what we have been told, I have requested a new fitter but wickes have said they wont send anyone other than the original guy.
We have never dealt with wickes so i dont know the policy etc but surely I can request someone else to check? Am i being unreasonable?!
