Coupon mad, are you suggesting I "appeal" now rather than emailing and ignoring any further correspondence?

The issue is, the lease company charge an admin fee for any PCN received but they refund this is if successfully appealed.

If I email Smart Parking explaining that POFA does not apply in NI I'm assuming they will likely reject the appeal, then I would need to go along the POPLA appeal process.

I would like the PCN cancelled and the admin fee refunded. Which is the best way to proceed with this and most likely to have PCN cancelled?

Along Smart Parking's official appeal process or just emailing explaining POFA not applicable in NI?

    Thanks 👍

You can't win at POPLA because they only make it available to admitted drivers.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks ,

Would you suggest challenging PCN through Smart Parking's official appeal process or email and don't reply to further correspondence from Smart Parking. And just accept that I might not receive admin fee from lease company as they will only refund if successful appeal?

I could always challenge the admin fee from lease company.
