HSBC closing my bank account.

Hey guys, 
Hsbc decided to close my accounts with 60 days notice. 
I appiled for switch to lloyds, which was opened but the same day they sent this text msg.

After you recently applied for a Current Account, we needed to complete some further checks. Based on some information you gave, or we've had from credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, we've had to close the account. Please destroy any letters, cards or PINs you receive. If you have a credit or debit balance, we will be sending you a letter with next steps for dealing with this. We appreciate this may not be expected so if you'd like to talk to us,

Lloyds also have closed my account, 
The main reason which i think is i wanted to buy a house and asked my family for deposit which they did, hsbc considered this as fraud as large sum of monies was deposited. 

But i am not drug dealer and all money is clean, all my family members have highest paying jobs of over £150k plus a year .

NCA is probably investigating...
I would like to ask how long i will have to wait for this to be over? And what will be the next steps for this.

Which country/ies has the money been sent from, and how much was it?

What makes you mention the NCA?  If the matter has been referred to them, this won't be stated by the banks, and they won't be in any sort of position to advise timescales.

Perhaps best to check to see if you have markers at CIFAS and National Hunter?

Based on other OP's threads, I am guessing there is more to this.
