I did try to edit my post and remove that particular JPEG but there is no option for delete or revise here.

It's because you are a newbie, ability to edit your posts comes after a certain period/number of posts. If you message a moderator they will remove the image for you.

I am aware of this ability to edit post only after a certain time. I have no means of contacting a moderator here. I did look last night but I couldn't see any mods on here.

Unfortunately that doesn't work. Just ignore their letters and block their email address. Keep an eye out for letters from courts (unlikely), but otherwise ignore.
