I've written a draft statement of what I intend to send to POPLA regarding the unfair PCN.

What is the best was to post it to this thread as I have it in PDF format and all I can seem to upload is images.
Just wondering the best way to do this.
Perhaps host on somewhere like Dropbox and post a link to it here.

    Typo: "Summery"!

Also you've completely missed reading the latest Euro Car Parks one in POPLA Decisions which gives a keeper a winning point.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks for that.
Is this the one regarding who the vehicle keeper is?

@FingerBlob Hi, I'm in similar situation and they are claiming I overstayed by 13mins and I wasn't aware that they consider the entry time and not the time when I bought the ticket. This was from Thompson Street parking though. They have rejected my appeal and I wanted to check is it worth raising to POPLA? I do not want to end up with a CCJ for not paying this PCN but I think I did what I thought was right and had got the ticket for 4hours. But got a PCN saying i overstayed by 13mins.

Did the format you shared here work for you?

Or you would suggest I should pay £60 as the last date is tomorrow otherwise they will ask me to pay £100 :(

Would appreciate your help on this.

You need to start your own thread rather than replying to this 2 year old one.  Definitely do not pay.
There is no risk of a CCJ if you follow the process available in the Newbies thread.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Not a single person here - except parking firm posters like @Kaizen2024 who won't have enjoyed watching the backbench debate yesterday - will EVER tell you to pay £60 (or anything at all).
