Freezing helps if you have gum on a shirt so if all else fails you might try that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I was going to suggest freezing too. I'd probably try that before using WD40 which may stain the fabric anyway.

The best cleaning method may depend on what kind of glue it is, as opposed to the brand name. Is this the original polyurethane Gorilla Glue, or one of the many other glues now sold under the Gorilla brand?
They sell a PVA-based wood glue, a cyanoacrylate super glue, grab adhesive and probably lots of others. If it's the super glue there are proprietary solvents which might work better than the acetone - but do a cautious patch test first as it's not something you'd usually want to use on your laundry!2 -

It's not even a solvent. Freezing won't help either.

Spray it with a solvent such as hairspray then wash as normal.
ETA Or try an acetone based nail polish remover (check on a small hidden area first to make sure it doesn't lift the colour).0 -
