As the title says.

I’ve been on this iva for near since 2016 the changes from vanguard to this company. They keep ringing me for updates on new card which they are not having they also message me to say I’m in arrears which I’m not then have an excuse saying it’s now in 2020 we’ll I have that payment on my bank. I be finished in March 2024 it’s been so long to but then nagging for more Payments saying I’m in arrears when not isn’t nice really when you have been paying monthly payments. Then them changing the bank details I have never ever had so much problem with these people in my life I be glad when finished. They are very rude and I’m surprised the company is still going.
