EA189 emissions

I contacted ‘my diesel claim’ and they confirmed my Audi A3 had a EA189 engine, however they are not taking on any new claims. I think this may be because the court has already made a ruling in respect of this. Does anyone know if any other solicitors are taking on claims for EA189 engines or if I can contact Audi direct for compensation?
