Issue with Chip, need suggestions and peice of mind

I've been with chip for little under a year now. Have had zero issues with them in terms of depositing, withdrawing or re-linking my bank account with them. Until this morning however
The time had come to re-link my bank account so I followed the process as I usually would. However on the final stage I encounter an error on truelayer and it reset the page...prompting the chip app to say it was unsuccessful. So I tried again and I encountered the same problem. This time the chip app had said nothing. No error or anything
I then went onto my account and it did indeed say that my Bank account was NOT linked at all, not even acknowledging any previous links or the 90 day timer on previous links. So alarm bells were ringing that I had somehow entered into some strange weird bug.
I proceeded to have another attempt, But as soon as I click link my account. I get the message that my account is already linked. So I back out amd the app says its not linked. Proceed again and same message pops up. Saying linked but it's clearly not.
I decided to do a test and withdraw £1 from my instant access account. App says that I need to link up my bank account first but then freezes for a few seconds before saying that my account is in fact linked and for me to type the amount I need to withdraw. I proceed but unfortunately it says an error has occurred and can not withdraw the money.
So I seems I'm in a weird state that my bank is not linked but sometimes it says it is but ultimately it is not and I am unable to resolve anything from my end. Did all troubleshooting. I am tech savvy so did the basic reset cookies, data, cache, tried on another device etc etc but all with the same outcome.
I have contacted Chip but waiting on a response. Was here wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation with Chip and to get some peice of mind as I do have a low 5 figure sum in the account that as of right now I have zero access to

Having spend all of my career in tech VC backed startups, personally I wouldn’t touch a finance early startup like chip, plum etc at all.Internally, all startups going through early VC (or if they can’t get VC funding at all or at the terms they want, crowd funding) funding rounds are utter chaos 24/7.
Your money will be fine, just you’ll need to sit patiently for them to respond. Likely a bug on their side and perhaps your half-linked-half-not-state is causing a weird edge-case.
I know my money is safe, just unaccessible for the foreseeable future0 -
It won't help you when I say I could re-link my Santander account without any issue. Mind you, my Chip balance has been zero for some time, so this might make re-linking easier?
I am sure Chip will sort it out for you. It's up to you whether you want to leave your money in there once you can access it again, or move some or all of it to one of the better paying places.

Depends on your expectations - I used to have quite a bit of money in Chip but as they haven't even been in the top 10 for many weeks now, I don't consider them pretty good at all, and my balance with them is £0. I would happily go back to them if they became market leader again. Though I don't expect that to happen anytime soon.
