Ryanair travel insurance - Does anyone know where I can download a claim form?

My elderly neighbours hotel room was broken into while she was on holiday in Spain. All her valuables and passport were stolen. She took out Ryanair insurance when purchasing the flights.

I can't find anywhere on the Ryanair website to download a claims form. She tells me when she rings Ryanair they say they can't help her as they don't provide the insurance but will not tell her who does! (hard to believe even for Ryanair but I thought probably the quickest way of dealing with this was posting here)

Can anyone help please?

Many thanks

Robin

Without wanting to disheartened her completely, did the room have a safe? Depending on what are valuable she’s talking about, they may or may not be covered. And did she report it to the police and get a crime reference number at the time?

Ryanair won’t provide the insurance directly, it will be underwritten by someone else. Does she not have a copy of the policy at all? That will give her contact numbers etc. as a starting point.

Looking at this, it’s either Europ assist or cover genius. Links in the document which tell her how to claim, depending on which policy it is but it appears to be an online claim system or writing to them rather than a specific form.

That link suggests that the insurance only covers flight delays/cancellation and lost or damaged bags.  Hopefully I'm missing something.

No, there is a link for more details which shows the full travel policy if you click on the embedded link for which ever insurance company it is.
