Quidco - Not paying out on Motor Insurance Comparison Cashback.

I would like vent the experience that I have received through the "Quidco" motor insurance comparison cashback option, I have taken out two motor insurance policies this year and both were logged into my Quidco activity. Both transactions are way over the cashback payment date. I contacted Quidco who are declining to make a cashback payment, because it appears that my cookies are disabled, which is just an excuse my cookies are not disabled and the transaction was logged into my activity.

I have noticed that there is always a problem with Quidco cashback payments if it is of a significant amount. Small transactions always go through with no problem.

I strongly believe that Quidco are hanging on to these cashback payments and have no intention of paying out.

I am not alone with my complaint, just check out the recent Trustpilot reviews with Quidco about exactly the same complaint that I have.

I have reported my concern to the BBC "Rip off britain" programme, anyone with a similar experience please consider reporting them to put a stop to this type of trading.

I had this last year, I complained to quidco and got a £10 boost bonus, several months later my £35 paid out.

Exactly the same here. Came up as tracked. Verified the purchase was made but no amount entered. Says payment due Sept 23rd but nothing. Also they have become uncontactable. Cannot get into messenger via PC or app. Bot just sends you back to start each time after ending conversation. Anybody able to contact them with non-standard question?

report them to "Rip off Britain" it's the only way to get something done about this unfair trading.

Same here bought car insurance in May cashback due in September - nothing so far despite raising a claim and complaint.
The policy tracked and is showing as 'green' by retailer but Quidco say as they have not been paid they will not pay me.

Funny they take that stance because when you do the comparison it specifically says the cashback comes from Quidco not the insurer.... 

Mine is currently on "retailer decision" with payment ETA of Jan 2024, will be peeved if they don't pay it.
