House of Fraser denying missing item

I made an online purchase with House of Fraser and there's a missing item and 2 incorrect items among the 4 items ordered. I have returned the 2 incorrect items and HOF says that it has investigated and that the product has been shipped in the parcel that was delivered. how do I progress further to get the missing item or money of the return item?

This exact same situation is happening to me right now. I still haven’t been able to obtain refund of the missing item. Let me know if you find any answers to this as it would be appreciated

The same thing has happened to me I had a missing item tried to get a replacement or refund and there saying it was delivered.There must be something that can be done about it.If anyone has any other information please share it.

I've had a similar situation, I placed an order for c. £230, 16 items in total. I kept 6 items and returned 10, filled out their online returns form which clearly showed the 10 items and their value. House of Fraser provide the fully tracked delivery service but upon refund they have omitted 2 of the 10 items, so only refunded for 8 which leaves me £39 short.

I made this known to customer service, they say they have now completed an investigation in their warehouse and the items are not there so they have refused to refund those items.

I paid with a credit card, the total order being £230 but I'm not sure I'll be covered as the individual items are less than £100 each - can anyone confirm please?

No S75, as it is item value that counts.
Chargeback is more than likely going to fail, as they will say never received.
