Passport Renewal Questions

No, only for first application.

Correct, they have your complete records from your previous passport that you will send in as instructed.

Thank you. You can't see the questions online without starting the process and I didn't want to start and then find half way through that they asked something that I didn't know or couldn't remember the answer to.
