Can I be taken to small claims court as the R Keeper?
Received a charge notice & notice to keeper. Reason 46 stopping in a zone where stopping is prohibited at LB Airport.

What is "Reason 46"?
Complain to LBA as they have been known to get their vermin agents to cancel PCNs. Did you appeal the NtK?1 -
To answer your question... yes you can.
Now, will you please ask your questions on your existing thread about this incident.
You appear not to have noticed that you have received replies there already.
All discussion about one parking incident should be kept in one thread to save people having to leap around looking for background information.
For example, without reading another of your posts on yet a third thread, no-one would know that you have already received a County Court Court Claim and have also filed a Defence.
So let me now modify my answer to your question...
You are far too late to change the name of the person who must continue to defend the Claim.3
