Online Budgeting Tool

Hello,
Many years ago I used MS money (and iFinance when I had a Mac) to budget and track my in/outgoings - is there such a thing as an online budgeting tool, rather than one I need to download?
I have looked at YNAB in the past, but I don't need to give every £ a job, I just want to put my regular outgoings in so that I can forecast for say three months in advance, then add in any additional outgoings in real time. I like to do this manually rather than connect it to my bank accounts. I'm currently using excel spreadsheet that I've set up myself.
The reason why I'd like it online is so I can access it wherever I need to be, rather than just from one computer.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

You could move your excel spreadsheet into Google Sheets so you can access it on any device.1
