UKPC letter of claim

Hello all,

I have received a "letter of claim" for a parking issue a few months back.

I have had my fair share of tickets which I have been able to ignore, but this particular format of letter is something I haven't come across. My gut says it might be another junk as part of the header itself hasn't printed properly below the address. But I wanted a second opinion.

The daft reason for this ticket was my rear right wheel was slightly out of the bay but it was parking space where no car could park beside me as my car is first in row.

I have attached the pictures of the letter.

Let me know your thoughts.

It indicates to me that UKPC are bringing their litigation in house. Will see if its a trend....
  • Did that letter include all the "annexe 1 and 2 forms" (which you do not use) as per the PAP?
