I recently purchased 2 x sofas from DFS and there is an issue as they look 2 tone and are not.
they visited and were baffled, agreed it looked bad, ;eft and said they would be in touch.
A manager ssked to call which I agreed too. I had the feeling he had a pre set speech to advise me this was a lighting issue and not a fault.
the sofa which I love looks ridiculous in my home. The difference is so that the top looks like it needs a professional clean.
i have purchased on credit. Where do I stand with this
Any help would be appreciated

Who was "they" that visited and agreed it looked bad. Did they give you anything in writing.
Any chance you could post a photo of the issue?0 -
