I guess my main concern is from an insurance point of view. If we or one of our children where to fall ill and not be able to travel would our insurance payout without a proper receipt from a business? I guess I'll need to do some digging into the terms and conditionsAs a holiday home owner that rents out on Trip Advisor/Holiday Lettings and have done for 15 years. We have 20 TA reviews and one is only 4 star, the other 19 are 5*We have our own website which has our home address and phone number, but of course TA don't want you to see that and book direct! However, some folk are still reluctant to book direct.Last year some returning clients had their flight cancelled after they had checked in and asked to return to the house, which we accepted. We did them a receipt which EJ rejected ... we then re-did the receipt and EJ paid them in full. Not everyone in the world is a crook, but sadly, many are!1
