    Hi,
they offered you a refund and you didn't accept, so think you'll just have to wait until 15th now, if it doesn't arrive before then.

They did not offer me a refund, I forgot to mention that.
They did, when it says the item hadsn't arrived but you can request a refund. You request the refund on that page. Instead you called Amazon.

What you need to do is phone Amazon, say you want to make a complaint. Just keep politely repeating that you've been an Amaxon prime customer, you've given them chance to sort it but they haven't so you want a refund.

If they say they can't help you until a future date, then just keep repeating the above politely.

Keep doing it. Don't wait days worrying. Keep on at them.
I have requested a refund twice but they couldn't offer me a refund for whatever reason. I tried ringing them today but couldn't get through and I'm having to borrow a phone to ring them which makes it a bit more difficult. I'll try again tomorrow if I can, they haven't been any help whatsoever, despite acknowledging it's their fault.

We've been considering ditching Prime recently, and this sort of thing encourages us. Thanks for the help.

If you go to your account>order history and look at the order details is there an option to cancel or request a refund?
Sadly not. There's nothing there really. Except for the Contact us button (which hasn't been much help), delivery updates which are useless and order details, nothing else of note.

Update: I contacted Amazon help again today, mainly out of desperation. They haven't shown any interest in helping me previously so I thought why the hell not, I had nothing to lose. However, to my surprise, I got the exact opposite reaction from Amazon's help this time. The first thing they offered was either a refund or a replacement, so I asked for a replacement. They showed no interest in helping me a few days ago so I don't know what's changed. They even highlighted that I was a loyal long-term customer.

The weird thing is, the original representative told me that a replacement order had been made and I could expect it soon, but checking the orders page nothing was showing up so I had to get in touch with help again to find out a replacement order had indeed been made. For whatever reason the replacement order hadn't been made by the Amazon representative, so they had to put in a new one for me.

So it looks like I might finally get my phone, I just hope this one actually gets delivered. Wish me luck.
