No Feed-in-tariff payments from SSE for nearly 2 years
We moved into out current home in Nov 2021, filled in the required forms etc for transfer of FiT payments to us and received nothing. After chasing them, SSE said they'd 'lost' the forms. Long story short, we complained to the energy ombudsman who upheld our complaint and told SSE to make the (now significant) back payments, apologise etc. This is months ago and we've heard nothing from SSE. We've messaged the ombudsman numerous times but their involvement seems to have had minimal impact on SSE. Any ideas what do we do now?
