Main driver/ NCB accruer - son 1
Named driver - son 2
Son 2 has an accident, who has to declare this when applying for future car insurance?

Was this in this vehicle?
If so, declare it under Son 2 whilst they remain on the policy and move to PH if Son 2 is removed. PH should be declaring it on any other policy they hold or are named on.
If it was a different vehicle not covered by this policy then declare under Son2, if son 2 is removed no longer need to report it.0 -
