Opening a SNAD request - help required

I am the seller.
I sold a gadget recently and buyer has said that it stopped working after some time.
I am happy to take the item back and refund.
I will ask buy to open a request. How or who sends the return postage label? How much does Ebay charge me if they send it - it would be a small parcel £3.49? Do I have the option of choosing 2nd class or will ebay charge for 1st class? Just want to minimise my losses.
Sorry for all the questions but this is the very first time in 11 years that I will have to deal with SNAD request.

I’m assuming this is within 30 days of receipt as after that it gets a bit more complicated.Get a SNAD case opened by buyer , eBay have fixed price labels and they aren’t overpriced for parcels, they send the label and you are not charged for it until the buyer uses it.
