Barclaycard credit card debt. Can they really do anything if not paid?

Apart from destroying ones credit score (which is meaningless now as this person as been taken to court of protection and now lacks capacity to open new credit agreements) If he refuses to pay his debts can Barclaycard do anything like get proper court bailiffs to take goods. Or would it just be debt collection people which can't do anything and be sent on their way, plus this person is already classed as vulnerable. Would this person still be able to get SIM contracts for mobile phones?

They wouldn't destroy any credit score but would report to the credit files.
If the situation is bad enough, it could prevent them getting sim contracts, renting a property, or could end up with a charge on their property if they are home owners, or a claim on wages. Baillifs are also an option, though unlikely.
It all depends on the sums involved and the specific details.0
