Thanks for reading. They initially said £60 when we received the first letter, then when the informal appeal with them was unsuccessful they have now said it's £360 within 14 days. They're claiming that the £360 is a 50% discount as well.
Are you 100% reading that right, please post the letter up redacted as i think you may be mistaken or its a typo

Yes... a typo. But it could work in your fayour.

How dare they send you a bill for 360.00.

Complain, using their complaints email address, Their assertion that you owe them £360 is plainly wrong.
Complain to you MP and the British Parking Association Limited too.

They mention the freedoms act and issued the 'fine' more than 14 days after he actually parked - can I get them on that?
Yes - at POPLA stage that wins.  As long as you didn't say who was driving in your first appeal.

So, you could do the POPLA appeal as registered keeper (see NEWBIES THREAD 3rd post) and then do a complaint with NCP a few days after lodging the POPLA appeal.

I think that double pronged attack will see them cancel the PCN and not contest the POPLA appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
