I received it in the post on 3rd May (am).Coupon-mad said:Did you get their Application before or after 4pm on 1st May?
I have emailed QDR only on two occasions - each time they send a response back asking for consent (via a form fill) to correspond by email - which I didn't return on either occasion.
All of their correspondence to me has been via post.1 -
See my pm.
Add this to the skeleton I suggest you email TODAY, by changing this in paragraph 1:
" (filed and served on or after the 1st May date/time deadline for witness statements for the hearing set for this month)"
to this:(served to the Defendant by post on 3rd May; two days after the expiry of the 1st May Hearing Order date/time deadline for witness statements for the hearing set for this month)

If you've already emailed it to the local court & QDR, no worries.

Let's see. As we have warned, legally represented parking claimants do get away with murder and manipulation in many cases but the skelly flags up why a less credulous judge might view the C's application as one to refuse and bring an end to the litigation.
I think it was worth a try; after all you were being pressed to say if you consented or not. The answer being: NOT, please Judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
