Hi
I have read the newbies FAQs and cannot find anything about the Solicitors Reminder Letter from DCB Legal who have been instructed by CP Plus ltd.
I have probably had correspondence before but have shredded them.
Just looking for advice on what to do, or what my next steps should be.

These DCBL letters get more daft as the weeks go on
"We have been asked by DEBT COLLECTION BAILIFFS LTD (DCBL)"
FROM DCBL LEGAL ?
So, they are asking themselves from one office desk to another
SAME OUTFIT. SAME ADDRESS
Highly misleading with a pinch of WONGA thrown in
I'm sure this is the type of letter that the DLUHC need to see1 -
Yes you can... Just 'control & f' for Scotland.feelingsleepy123 said:I'm in Scotland, but the parking took place in England

You should be looking for advice about what to do if you live in Scotland.1

I did see the bit about if I'm in Scotland. Issue is the event did not take place in Scotland. And it is the specific letter with the specific wording "Solicitors Reminder Letter - unpaid parking charge notice" on it that I am asking about.Le_Kirk said:You should be looking for advice about what to do if you live in Scotland.0 -
But the point is that the legislation available in Scotland does not currently allow any parking liability that the driver may have created to be passed to the keeper. It is the responsibility of the driver only.feelingsleepy123 said:

So if the driver's identity isn't known to the parking company they have no-one to chase.
You have no need to respond to that letter at all.

Ignore the intellectually malnourished vermin. If you ever receive a claim from an English court (the CNBC), you need only quote "forum non conveniens" at them. It would be struck out.2
