    They should come with a blade (it has a type of drill point) that you fit into a drill, slide the fixing on and it drills a hole and pulls itself into the plasterboard.  Takes a bit of getting used to, especially with the speed it all happens, use slow speed on the drill.  Once they arr in you pull the blade out and screw in the screw.
