Loveholidays

I had to make a change a passenger name in July. The flight is with Emirates who have advised that a refund less cancellation fee is available but Loveholidays have to request it within 15 days - flight due 17th Oct. Loveholidays consistently says the flight was non refundable and even if it was they will not refund me!!! I paid for another flight in new name at the time but having spoke to Emirates yesterday I should be due my refund. They gave me the ticket number and confirmed it was still open and not cancelled. Loveholidays just will not entertain that a refund is sitting there and due to me - help!

emirates may refund but you are bound by loveholidays terms and conditions which probably state no refunds.0

Booking direct with the airline is standard advice here.

The cancellation fee is likely to be 100% of the fare.
The best you can hope for is a refund of the taxes on the ticket, however you need to check the Ts and Cs of Loveholidays.1
