A 'complete' list of available savings rates?

A while ago, maybe a year or so ago (I can't remember) someone on here put up a link to a website that had a really good list of lots & lots of accounts with their interest rates. It was IMO better than what's on the front page of MSE savings.
I thought I'd bookmarked it but nope & I also can't find it.
I'm hoping from my very detailed description there that it rings bells with someone & they have the link. Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is the one I mostly refer to, but (unless someone can point me to it) it doesn't have a category for "restricted access" accounts, that allow instant access but only allow x withdrawals per year. Those are often a better option than a true instant-access account, but don't make it into the tables because they don't fit into any of the categories.Catplan said:
Also "member-only" and "loyalty" accounts are omitted, as are geographically-restricted accounts. I would like to see a list that shows every account, then I could work down the list until I find the first one I'm eligible to open.0 -
